Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades are immediate with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date so you keep what you're paying for. We never delete your data on downgrade — anything over your new plan's limit becomes read-only until you prune it or upgrade again.

What happens if I go over my SMS or call limits?

Extra usage beyond your monthly allowance is billed to your Primary wallet at the per-plan rate (shown in the table above). We notify you when you're getting close. If your wallet runs low, we'll let you know before anything stops working.

We notify you at 80% of any limit. At 100%, that specific feature pauses and you get a one-click upgrade prompt. No surprise charges — just a clear nudge when you're ready for more.

Do unused tasks roll over month to month?

No — limits reset at the start of each billing period. The numbers are set so heavy users rarely feel squeezed. If you're consistently hitting a cap, the next tier is almost certainly worth it.

Can I cancel anytime?

In one click, no email exchange. Access continues until the end of your paid period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation (in case you change your mind), then archived for 60 more days, then deleted unless you reactivate.
