Web 2.0 and fiber
Fiber-optic connections, cloud hosting, business-grade infrastructure. We weren't just connecting people to the internet anymore — we were helping them build their livelihoods on it. Same philosophy: powerful technology, simple to use, your data treated with respect.

Data centers and cloud
We expanded into hosting and operating data center infrastructure for the businesses we'd connected for years. The pattern held: give people access to powerful technology, make it operable, treat their data like ours.

The AI era
We watched a generation of AI products treat customer data as training material and customer trust as a marketing claim. We thought: 30 years of doing this differently has to count for something. So we built Primary.
